Traffic Calming update for Westleton
Thank you very much to everyone who completed the earlier questionnaire & also gave feedback to the revised set of plans which were recently put on display in the Village Hall between Friday 3rd May to 17th May. The results from this are available here.
The final set of proposals (as discussed at the parish Council Meeting of 20th May) were tabled at the Sizewell C B1125 Transport Working Party on the 11th of June, and the results from this are availabe here.

Westleton Parish Council
Westleton Parish Council normally meets at 7.30pm on the last Monday of each month with the exception of August and December when there is no meeting, or if that date is a Bank Holiday. The Parish Meeting in April starts at 7.00pm.
The Parish Council also hold surgeries, the next being on the 30th September. These are held in the Village Hall Foyer between 10.30am & 11.30am, attended by two Parish Councillors. It is a drop-in service where you can ask any questions relating to Parish matters.

Sizewell C Consultation
The Parish Council have submitted their response to EDF's stage 5 consultation. Read Westleton Parish Council response to EDF's stage 5 consultation.
The Parish Council made representations at the online Planning Inspectorate Open Floor Hearing. Read Westleton Parish Council's oral evidence to the Planning Inspectorate Hearing. The Parish Council also sent its written evidence to the Planning Inspectorate which is also available to read.

Sizewell C - Northern Forum meeting update
The 8th of May saw the latest SZC Northern Forum. Below is a link to the presentation given at the meeting.
Of special note is that the community helpline can be used to ask a question or report concerns including to report vehicles believed to be SCZ vehicles which are being driven badly, too fast, or which are using a road they shouldn’t be on (such as any vehicle over 3.5 tonnes on the B1125).
